Richard England has passed away.
Thanks to him, his family and friends - us Westcountry folk have been entertained by the Lowland Games at Thorney for over 30 years.
The event and its spin-offs has raised over £100,000 for local good causes since its launch in the early 1980s.
Who else could've got almost a thousand spectators watching two people wrestling in a mud pit on the Somerset Levels?
