The actor, who also starred in a couple of Carry On films, has passed away at the age of 88.
The Welshman was best known for having what must have been one of the loudest mouths on television.
Us over 40s will remember how he spent most of the 1970s telling Indians to "shuuuuuuuuuud duuuuuuppppp!"
Oh dear, here come the letters of complaint....that'll keep the snowflake generation busy for another few weeks.
