Anecdotal evidence only - a Somerton man who spoke to the Persimmon site sales office in Huish Episcopi (the trial ground plot opposite the former Kelways Inn) and who decided against buying one of the new homes...allegedly received a phone call from the office offering him a 10k discount. When he declined, he allegedly received another call offering him another 10k off the asking price.
