Look who's reopening their doors today!

That's the only menu we're interested in!

Welcome back to the Halfway House which reopens its doors today after a long break.

The pub's welcoming customers from 11:30am today [Fri] "until closed" says the Facebook page...weather permitting. Same goes for Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Monday.

No need to book if you're just going for drinks, booking is advisable though if you want to eat. Large marquee available in side garden.

- and according to his wife's social media post this week, landlord Mark David has recently "pulled an all-nighter" to get the play area ready in the garden.

Didn't know that sort of thing was still available in Pitney...not since the Walronds closed the guest house.

Anyhow...

Welcome back Halfway House!

👍👍👍

- and if you're looking for something to do on bank holiday Monday, how about a wander down Union Drove before you hit the Otter Bright?

PS - Langport's carboot sale style event isn't for a while though, Sunday 27th June on Cocklemoor. More details closer to the time but save the date 👍
