Hanging Chapel explosion

 Kippers blown out of windows

It's been revealed Wednesday's power surge in Huish Episcopi also blew out the windows at the Hanging Chapel. The surge, which left 3 people injured during a hair removal session at Mary Coombes health & beauty, reportedly ignited a pile of wet kippers and inflatable sheep being stored upstairs at the chapel. They were blown out of the building, across Bonds Pool and ended up scattered on Langport Rec where Langport FC were having a mid-week practice. According to eyewitnesses - the footballers stopped playing, gathered them up, took them back to the clubhouse showers and weren't seen again for the rest of the afternoon. There are no further details.
