"Unexpected buttocks in bagging area"

Langport footballers barred from Sunday night 'parties' at Tesco

Tesco says it's banned all local footballers from its 'events' in the staff canteen on Sunday evenings. The parties, officially described by the supermarket as 'staff training', are becoming increasingly popular and crowded (use the side door). But last week things turned nasty when six Langport Town players (pictured on the supermarket's roof waving to passengers on a passing London train) ran around slapping check-out staff with wet kippers and sat with their trousers down on the self-service tills.
Four people were injured and one of Mary Coombes' customers had to be rushed back to the Huish health and beauty salon for 'emergency stitching'.
The sportsmen have been banned for a month. Several other individuals are already barred for 'other offences' including two local Freemasons, almost every waiter at the Langport Arms and three residents at Portcullis House old people's home.
Tesco also says from now on it'll be limiting non-staff visitors at the parties to 'meat and two veg' with a complete ban on fish products (excluding cod).
