Cunning Linguists at Henley
The Home Office has given the people of Henley, near High Ham, its Cunning Linguists 2015 Award after it emerged 90% of the village's population speaks Chinese.
However, within hours of making the announcement - UKIP moved in and thwarted plans to have a refugee centre built in the village.
Neither of the above 'stories' have been confirmed or denied but confused readers may get some clarification if they read April 23rd's edition of The Western Gazette.
The manager of this Henley business, who didn't want to be named, said he was considering relocating to nearby Pedwell.
