Call Sharp and Gamble
With its soaring readership, local businesses are queuing up to advertise on Carry On Langport and top of the pile are Sharp and Gamble. The pair, pictured above on their way to sell their horse at the back door of Romford Meats yesterday, do a wide range of carpentry and building work.
They can be found annoying the Royal Mail with their works van at the side of Langport Post Office most days of the week or at Eli's, explaining to the landlord what a spirit level is, on Fridays at around 5pm.
