Victory for Halfway House.
In the Wurzel league, there was an 8-3 football victory for the Halfway House on Sunday against The Cross Keys. The match took place at Somerton Playing Fields.
The after-match celebrations were held back at The Halfway House.
In other sports news, Eastover won the fighting at The White Lion yesterday afternoon beating St Mary's Park in the second round.
