Passengers warned to 'read the small print'
First Great Western has named one of its trains after Glastonbury Festival founder Michael Eavis in honour of the event, which celebrates its 45th year this June. Trains take around 15,000 passengers a year to the nearest station to the festival which is Castle Cary.
But critics have complained First Great Western isn't being "entirely honest" about the new Michael Eavis express.
A passenger pressure group spokeswoman said "The toilets are disgusting, there's never anywhere to sit in the dance carriage, there are queues right down through the train for fresh water and anyone who tries to get anywhere near first class is mugged by a gang of scousers."
First Great Western refused to comment.
