Judges visit country lane in Huish Episcopi
The organisers of the annual fly tipping awards say they've already chosen this year's winner.
Despite it only being the first week in January, the above exhibit - spotted in a gateway off Windmill Lane in the last few days - has picked up first prize in the competition.
The art work includes a fridge, a tall upright fridge-freezer, two gas cyclinders, a television set, two buckets and a pile of hardcore.
The winner, who's not yet come forward, gets a silver framed map of South Somerset on which are marked all the local tips and recycling centres.
Tourists and sightseers hoping to go and get a picture of the winning entry have been told to hurry.
"We are delighted to report that Langport's award-winning scrap metal collection firm J.I Clearance is already on its way" said one of the organisers.
There are no further details.
