While we all appreciate a business has to move forward with the times and do as much as it can to sustain itself and increase profits....it is with bewilderment that we see the latest promotion Tesco is currently offering...just hours after the last of the Christmas stock left the shelves.
This was spotted in the Langport branch of the store today.
Today being the 5th of January.
Carry On Langport has no beef with our wonderful Langport-branch staff who will have been instructed to install the Easter Egg promotion by people higher up.
It is the pen-pushing "I've got a degree in business studies" dipsticks at central office we take issue with.
Come on Tesco - I'm only halfway through that bottle of Advocaat you sold me.

Langport's Christmas lights have to be taken down this Sunday.
Anyone who can lend some time, please turn up at the town hall around 9am. It should take until about lunchtime to defrock the place and bag'em up.
You don't have to be there for nine, just get there when you can...although turning up at 5 to 12 would be taking the piss slightly.
