Injured jogger update
As
police continue to deal with the aftermath of a serious accident on Picts Hill, friends of the victim - a woman who was out jogging - have been in touch with Carry On Langport to say they've launched a fundraiser to
help her and her family get through the coming days, weeks and months.
The
woman, who was running with 5 other people, had to be airlifted to hospital in Bristol on the evening of January 29th. Surgeons managed
to save her leg, but she may have suffered life-changing injuries.
Her friends have asked us to spread the word about the fundraiser.
