Drivers confused as Langporters 'wander around in dressing gowns'
Power cuts going back 3 nights have lead to unusual scenes outside properties up and down Langport Hill and near the Hanging Chapel.
There are reports the power's come back on and off again at least three times since Sunday - prompting residents to walk out into the streets in the dead of night to consult with neighbours.
At least two drivers from Crewkerne turned up 'flicking their hazzards' believing Cartgate Picnic Area had relocated for the evening.
"I'm sure I recognised one of the blokes" said an HGV driver from Dawlish.
Even the Jones boys have been affected with no power to charge the scooters for over 2 days.
Southern Electric says it's investigating the fault and looking into claims a kipper was sucked into the filter of a jacuzzi at a nearby 'medieval' address sometime on Sunday afternoon.
