Cast of hit sitcom hold reunion party at Huish pub.
This was the scene at the Rose & Crown this weekend when several members of the cast of 70s sitcom 'On the Buses' reunited for the 50th anniversary of the hit show.
Their arrival at the Huish Episcopi pub yesterday afternoon caused chaos, where around 30 Ilminster lads had already turned up on a Vickerys coach to celebrate England's World Cup rugby victory over New Zealand.
But Eli's was ready for the onslaught which was made worse by autograph hunters.
Mark and Lucy David, who played Butler and Olive in the comedy - and Phillip Cullen who played Blakey [all pictured] - posed for photographs with dozens of well-wishers before tucking into the local cider.
Due to a High Court injunction late last night, Carry On Langport has been prevented from publishing further details of the evening.
So that's your lot folks - but we think the photos are out there somewhere.
