Filled in the feedback form yet?
The deadline for the first round of public consultations on a plan for 100 new homes on this land in Huish Episcopi - opposite Kelways Nursery - is Monday 30th of November.
A reminder, this is early doors, the project doesn't even have outline planning permission yet.
Nevertheless, the developer is seeking public feedback.
Here's the link to go to their website, scroll down to download the feedback form.

For those who've never left comments on a housing application before, you don't need to write a complete 'old fashioned' letter. A few lines summarizing your views is enough.
If you are an objector, bear in mind a district council isn't interested in 'emotional' views, like "it will spoil the view" for example.
More solid objections need to be lodged such as already oversubscribed schools and local NHS facilities or the already understrain sewer system.
You could also mention some of these rather good points, on the Leveller website at the moment in an article detailing how the Langport plan developer is the same company behind one at Martock.
[Thank you Leveller]
- and make a note of or save on your computer what you write. You'll need it again when the application goes live on the South Somerset District Council website.
On the other hand, if you are for the application then go for it. Maybe ask the developer for something better than the Persimmon lego that's sprung up down the road.
Do it today - deadline's Monday!
