Saturday night and The Painkillers are on at the Black Swan in Langport where they'll be performing tracks from their latest album including Priest Laneless and Dandelion.
Downstairs in the bar at The Langport Arms, also on Saturday night, they've got singer Ollie Days coming in belting out his latest hit 'Shut The Front Door' .
Up at the Halfway House at Pitney local band Pulk are also debuting new music on Sunday afternoon introducing songs from their new album including Give Me A Sign, Not The Dev and Juicy Lucie.
Finally on Sunday night there's a gig for the first time inside Langport's newest music venue:
The honour goes to local group The Defibrillators who say they've been waiting over a year to play there.
Tracks from their first album 'How Much F*****g Longer' include 'Can I Eat My Kebab In It When It's Raining?' and 'My Grandad Had Palpitations So I Drove Him To Somerton'
Marvellous.
Great to have some new local music in the charts at the moment eh?
That's all we've got for the moment folks, bound to be other gigs on, maybe check out your local pubs' facebook pages to find out more!
