2 people from Cheapside and 7 people from Bow Street have been arrested after stretching fishing line across the main road outside their houses to catch the noisy bastard on a moped going up and down every 20 minutes all this week.
"We think they got him though" said a delighted Boss Hogg [pictured] at Portishead police HQ.
