Flower show recognises Langport Garden Centre.
There are celebrations at Kelways Garden Centre this week as it brings home a gold medal from the Chelsea Flower Show. The plant nursery's fern displays are said to have massively impressed judges. Our reporter spoke to the winners at the show but for legal reasons we weren't allowed to mention last week's triffid escape from Kelways when 15 of the plants got out of a polytunnel, stung a cyclist, caused an HGV to turn over at Picts Hill and chased the vicar through her hollyhocks.
