...and it's all quiet on Langport Moor...
As we approach Halloween weekend and Langport clock shows the right time for the second time today, there's not a lot to report for our midweek bulletin.
Both the news team and our normal local contributors have failed to come up with anything newsworthy in recent days.
Ok...so there's a pumpkin floating in the ditch at the back of Tesco.
- and over at Yeovil Police Station, a Martock thatcher's been charged with impersonating a Thorney potter...
...but apart from that, not much else.
Still, it should all look up in the coming days with halloween parties at The Kelways Inn and The Black Swan...and then there's Miss Lock's hangover on Sunday.
Monday's the big one for Langport, that's when judges from the Great British High Street competition are in town so no belching outside Chubby's please.
