Sutton Travel Chaos

As Devonshire Arms lets working class in for a week

Traders, craftsmen, housing estate fodder and people who eat Everyday Value cornflakes have been flocking into Long Sutton all this week as the village's award-winning pub agrees to let in members of the working class until Sunday.

It's caused travel chaos on roads into the village for hours today.

"It's disgusting" said Lady Cox, pictured above at the Devonshire calling the police yesterday after she heard a plasterer ordering bubble and squeak.

A spokesman at the Arms refused to comment and denied allegations spam was being kept on the menu permanently.

In other Long Sutton news - the village hall committee still hasn't been heard from since resigning en masse earlier this year.
