Let's look at one of those rules again...

This one's easy!

Last night's new rules from the government to combat the spread of corona virus are being picked over by the media this morning - and with still no offer of wages being paid to self-employed people, item four is a difficult one. You can't really fix a hole in someone's roof from home can you.

However, 'One form of exercise a day' is a no-brainer, especially if you live in beautiful Somerset: it has to be cycling or walking.

Nobody's telling you how far you can go or how long you can take, especially cycling (if you are able)

Get the bike out of your shed -  you know - the one behind the decking furniture, the tent, those 4 cannabis plants, that old mattress and the lawnmower,

Pack a small bag of food and drink and off you go.

When you get to [outside] a friend or family member's house - give'em a ring - they can stand at the door/in the window or in the garden and you can chat safely.

Don't exchange any objects - mugs of tea, post, money - and if you do, sanitize like crazy - it's all about stopping this pesky virus spreading people!

This idea is safe, legal and will be a godsend to people going stir-crazy at home and who are missing loved-ones.

ONE FORM OF EXCERCISE A DAY?

Simples!
