Just put your money in the slots and pull the lever!
The Campaign for Real Ale - also known as CAMRA - has given its stamp of approval to new real ale self-service vending machines at the Halfway House in Pitney this month.
The machines [pictured] were unveiled on Saturday night.
"It's a wonderful system" said CAMRA spokesman Lucille Balls, "what our real ale drinkers like is a good head and the Halfway's new slot machines are giving just that" she told Levelling Langport Magazine, "especially when you pull the lever!"
The machines appear to have gone down well with the public too like staff at Langport Surgery who were among the first to try the new slot machines when they went up for lunch on Sunday:
But some of the award-winning pub's customers said they found the new system confusing including an Aller couple who tried to park a tandem.
😂
There are no further details, lots of photos [they've been put in a safe] but no further details.
