Mr Gray spotted at Low Ham Steam Fair!
Locals who went to Huish Episcopi Comprehensive School in the 60s, 70s and 80s were delighted to see their former music teacher Martin Gray at Low Ham Steam Fair yesterday.
Not letting his fans down, instead of greeting them with smiles and hugs, 28 people were given detentions and 14 of them were forced to start playing the clarinet, despite having less musical skills than a breeze block.
Other highlights of the day were the annual summer games at the event including 'spot the steam engine'......
Cyclists were also welcome with a variety of secure parking available...
The traditional late afternoon convoys to nearby drinking parlours also took place...
and finally, in a nod to the sufferings of drivers in Langport and Huish in recent weeks, one exhibit even celebrated good old-fashioned British roadworks...
The fun continues today folks, it's a tenner on the gate 👍
