Would you like a missile with that Sir?
A row's broken out over who exactly's moving into the old NatWest Bank premises in the centre of Langport.
Earlier this week it was
revealed that the new owner, an Isle Abbotts-based businessman, would be
leasing the historic premises out to a Tattoo & Massage Parlour.
But in an angry exchange at
the United Nations last night, it emerged an agreement had previously
been reached to turn it into the North Korean Embassy.
"I was looking forward to that", said a disappointed Town Clerk, "we would've had
inter-continental missiles on the roof aimed at both
Somerton and Curry Rivel"
Marvellous.
Carry On Langpport asked the bank building's new owner for an interview to see if he could clear up the confusion but he was too busy showing Kim Jong-Un around RNAS Merryfield near Fivehead.
There are no further details.
