Langport Town Council's monthly meeting: tonight
What are you doing this evening? Nothing on telly? How about a local Carry On?
You could go and see what our 11 elected representatives are up to and how they intend to spend our money in the coming months.

of the public are allowed to ask questions or make comments about
anything on or off the agenda at the start of the monthly meetings.

On Langport has heard on the grapevine that the 'new regime' is
slightly more relaxed than the last lot....in the sense that if a member
of the public raises his/her hand to comment on something during the meeting...you can do so...even though the rules say you should really get those comments and questions in before the meeting starts.
"Voters don't get told off for doing that anymore" said an insider.
