Garden City residents say it was low pressure all round over the weekend amid claims a 'certain' nearby housing developer hacked through a water main at the end of last week.
Peony Valley households had nothing coming out of their taps either for a number of hours.
It's believed contractors working on the Persimmon Homes estate opposite the former Kelways Inn may have been to blame.
"They covered up the cracked pipe with soil and rubble so they could go home Friday teatime" alleged one local man...but for legal reasons we can't print that.
