After at least 6 decades under the railway bridge, another piece of English street furniture is lost as the telephone box at the end of the Avenue is carried away.
To be scrapped, sold off, or repainted and brought back to where it's been since at least the 1950s?
Or is it a case of 'forget the suburbs, as long as the town centre looks good' nowadays?
Let's see what 2022 brings eh!
