We celebrate Valentine's Day with a look back at 2019 and that award-winning window display at Grace Brothers on Cheapside in Langport.
'Florence' sat in the window of the currently-named Langport Stores for over a week 4 years ago and raised so many eyebrows that a handful of drivers actually forgot to turn the wheel when going around post office corner.
"Including me" said lorry driver Petrov, "I went up that hill and through some pesky little tunnel with a chapel on top, smacked the hell out of it"
So where is Florence now?
"Recovering in hospital" said Dirty Gertie from Number 30, "she and I were both working up Priest Lane last Saturday night when it collapsed again.....I told her she should have been leaning forwards but would she listen?"
If anyone wants to visit Florence and any other men and women hurt working on Priest Lane on the night of the collapse, they are all on the 'Trade Ward' at Musgrove Park in Taunton.
